I absolutely love your bagels and enjoy visiting your establishment! My only concern is with the food-handling practices I observed. The cashier was wearing gloves while handling the bagels but continued wearing the same gloves while taking orders, operating the register, and touching their clothing. This is concerning because gloves can still transfer germs and bacteria from surfaces such as registers and clothing directly onto food if they are not changed between tasks. I wanted to share this feedback because I truly enjoy your bagels and hope this can be addressed to help maintain proper food safety and hygiene practices.

Beware of this place as their pricing is deceptive. On here their menu shows the Don for $10.99 I ordered mine online, and it makes you think you're getting two bag bagels because you have to pick two bagel choices, but I did not get two. I got one at the price of $19.34. I did not realize until I got to work that it was one bagel. I did not have time to go back. The bagel was definitely not worth $20. The ribeye steak had little to no flavor, I ordered it with no onions and it had onions, and I will not be going back to this place. NY bagels on Roosevelt/Park Avenue has a way better steak, egg and cheese croissant for half the price.

Great authentic NYC deli. I got the Asiago bagel toasted with butter, chive cream cheese, a slice of tomato and crunchy bacon. So flipping good! Bro had a huge steal your face flag hanging on the inside. We are everywhere! IYKYK!

The bagels are absolutely delicious, and the quality of the food alone would make me recommend this place. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. My car broke down right in front of the shop, and the employee was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire situation. She went above and beyond to assist me during a stressful moment, and her kindness made a huge difference. It’s rare to find people and businesses that genuinely care this much. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making a difficult day a little easier. Highly recommended

We went there a little after 8:00 on a Saturday morning and there was no customers they are and the young staff was very nice and took our order. When we went to get coffee we could not get the coffee out of the carafe and one of the staff came over and tried to get the coffee but said that it must be empty. The owner came over and told her very loudly and very abruptly that she was wrong that you just have to pump it many times to get it out and yelled at her and then shook the carafe in front of us and just walked away. The coffee was lukewarm at best which was very very surprising since we were one of the first clients there that morning. We then got our food and I had ordered a turkey Reuben on and everything bagel. There was no sauerkraut on this Reuben and it had some type of pepper on there that made it spicy which I've never had before and was not told that's how it came. Between the sandwich and the coffee being awful and the owner yelling at that poor young worker I would never recommend this place to anyone. The owner also told us that she gets her bagels from two different places. One is in New York and I guess they ship it down and then another is a local company so th
